Yedei Chesed is a not-for-profit agency that serves the developmentally disabled individuals in the greater Monsey area.

We are looking for an assistant director who will oversee a staff of 30+, divided between HR, billing, auditing and coordination departments. The team is mostly focused on Medicaid entitlements involving back office, systems driven processes in an office setting.

The assistant director will have full managerial responsibilities, including the growth and development of staff, that is rapidly expanding.
The position calls for a mature, confident individual, who can making hiring and difficult decisions (as well as promotional) relating to performance.
